If you are a night owl( like me)
If you can't wake up easily in the morning
or If you just hate mornings this blogpost will help you a lot!
Let's get started!
The night before:
- Pick what you want to wear for the next day
- Pack your backpack
- Take a shower
- Make your lunch.
- Read a book or write in your diary! That actually makes me fall asleep really quickly!
In the morning:
- If you have an alarm clock don't put it on your bedside but far across the room. This way your alarm forces you to wake up. Also you can put your favourite song as an alarm!
- Wash your face.
- If you have some time, workout a bit.
- Don't skip breakfast. Because breakfast gives you energy for the day!
